Reel East’s The Sammo Hung Collection celebrates the work of China’s Orson Welles of action. This triple threat actor, director and choreographer has spent most of his career revolutionising Hong Kong action cinema. Reel East is proud to present original memorabilia from some of Sammo’s milestone movies.

Hung kicked off his ‘Lucky Star’ action comedy series with the smash hit ‘Winners and Sinners’. Right off the bat, Sammo had all the elements he needed to entertain his Asian audience. ‘Winners and Sinners’ saw Sammo himself bust loose his powerhouse movie martial arts in a modern setting, it put together a wacky bunch of Chinese comedians (Eric Tsang, John Sham, Richard Ng…), a gorgeous damsel in distress (Cherie Cheung), the first contemporary Hong Kong cop roles for kung fu icons Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao, a couple of stunning vehicle stunt sequences….

‘Winners and Sinners’ was a huge box office success, and spawned a whole string of sequels and spin-offs.

Reel East are excited to share the original memorabilia created by Golden Harvest to promote this film. These items are a must-have for fans of Hong Kong cinema superstar Sammo Hung.
