    These Zoom Intensive classes give you access to the finest in Hong Kong style kung fu instruction from your own home or gym. Classes are one-and-a-half hours long, and the time can be used for a one-on-one private lesson, or else as a small group session with your fellow students.

    Mak Sifu draws on his forty year teaching career to  correct and enhance your Hung Gar empty hands and weapons forms. Classes are conducted in English.
