Overview

Reel East’s Sammo Hung Collection celebrates Sammo’s only collaboration with the late Hong Kong noir director Ringo Lam. ‘Touch and Go’, also known as ‘Point of No Return’, stars Sammo as a well-meaning chef who witnesses a mob murder. He is coerced into testifying, but, when the killer gets released from jail, finds himself targetted for termination.

‘Touch and Go’ is a change of pace comedic tale from Lam, with Sammo receiving sterling support from actress Teresa Mo and Ringo regular  Tommy Wong. The film does find space for a couple of Sammo-esque action scenes, and a role for the dependable Canadian-Chinese superkicker Billy Chow.
